100 Gram Glow.

The basic structure of the particle is crystalline, which has a tremendous capacity of absorbing, storing, and emitting light. The crystals absorb any ambient light, including regular indoor light. This provides incredible potential in safety, novelty, and industrial applications. A whole new era in luminous materials has arrived.

What is Glow in the Dark Pigment? Glow powder is actually called phosphorescent pigment. It is the basis of just about all glow in the dark products. This powdery substance absorbs light and then re-emits it over a length of time.

Is the glow powder safe? Yes the glow powder is non-toxic and non-radioactive. As with any powder substance (including flour) you will not want to breathe it for long periods of time.

How do I use Risk Reactor's Glow Powder? You can use the glow powder in just about any application. Mix it with paint, caulking, glue, plastic, inks, wax, plastisol, etc. Limitations are endless, just follow the basic guidelines (see Basic Guidelines) to make sure you get the right pigment for your application.

What does the particle size have to do with anything? The larger the particle size the brighter and longer the glow. Our clients use the smaller particle size when the process of manufacturing dictates that need. Risk Reactor ships only the largest particle size unless a specific request is made. If you are screen printing or have settling problems a smaller particle size might help. Have a question, call us or write us an email, we enjoy helping. What sizes does Risk Reactor sell it in? Risk Reactor sells the pigment in 1 ounce, 1 pound, 1 kilo, and 23 kil5, 50, 1/2 ton and ton containers. There are also sample packs and larger sizes available. The best way to know how much you need is to test the product in your own environment.

How does it get charged? The powder is a photo-luminescent pigment which gets its energy from photons or light. Any ambient light will charge the powder. Sunlight works the fastest but Risk Reactor Black Lights will also charge the pigment extremely well.
