Risk Reactor's STARPAINTSIRIUS Invisible Starlight Green is a glow in the dark water based coating that glows for hours. This is a two part system where the booster powder is added before use. Our Star Paint Vega will not only glow in the dark, but it will also glow white under Risk Reactor's Black Light. Black lights are not needed to use with the paint, but makes all glow in the dark products charge fast. Black lights make the star paint change color and charge it at the same time. This paint will glow longer than conventional glow in the dark paint that you can find at any store.

We engineered this paint to be durable, environmentally friendly, non-radioactive, non-flammable and non-hazardous. It contains less than 60 grams per liter of volatile organic compounds (VOC's) which allows this coating to be used when VOC's are a concern. The film produced after it is fully cured is hard and tough, but yet flexible allowing it to last. The film must be exposed to any light source for a minimum of 14 seconds to rejuvenate the glow (phosphorescent) characteristics.

The stronger the light source the faster and brighter the charge up to a point of saturation. Our glow paint has been used successfully in directional markers, warehouse floors, egress systems, safety markings, theater steps, emergency exits, walkways, just about anywhere you need a luminous marking. This product is used extensively in star murals due to its long after glow duration and it's unique characteristic of glowing white under black light. How to Use:
Mix the booster powder by pouring the powder into the 1 Star Paint. Use the stir stick provided to mix until the paint is a smooth consistency. Add a little water if it is too thick for you, but do not thin too much. Once mixed, it is best to use it as soon as you can. It can last a long time being mixed but the brightness will diminish over time.

This product can be used on just about any surface. Remove dust, dirt, oils, and other foreign material. To get the maximum glow effect, surface must be primed with a white pigmented primer. Metallic surfaces must be primed with appropriate metal primer. Smooth non-porous surfaces should be abraded for good adhesion. The closer the surface is to white the brighter the phosphorescent color. Black and dark colors tend to absorb light diminishing the phosphorescent effect. The more paint you place on the surface the brighter and longer the glowing effect (up to a point of saturation) so 2-4 coats are recommended. You can use stencil to create accurate markings.
