Invisible UV Paints
The Invisible type of our black light paints go on opaque to off -white in regular light. When these paints are put underneath a black light then the true invisible color will appear like magic. You can use these for special effects, hidden art images, and even product demos and displays.
Use the Water Based CF1 series for your project or special event which desipite being water based, can not be removed easily once it is set, just like regular paint. You should only use our Oil Based series if you need an especially hard and durable coating. Oil Based Invisible Black Light Paints are specially made to order items and not stocked.
How do I use invisible black light paints?
We at Risk Reactor Inc. make our paints in house and have different lines. The invisible fluorescent paints go on white or opaque. These paints contain pigments and all pigments have some type of color, these happen to be white to off white in regular light. Then under ultra violet energy they glow their color as described. The special nature of these colorants require true 365 nm light, the kind you find with long tube shaped or 365 nm UV LEDs. Anything to high light 395 nm will not show the best color, it will show more green depending on the wave length. You can use the clear black lights with these invisible paints, to use on top, or even mix together. Matter of fact, you can mix just about any of our pigments with these paints to create dual or mulit-color coatings that will change when under black light and if mixing glow in the dark pigments then it will glow in the dark one color, see another color under black light and then yet another color when the coating is in regular light. Truly amazing technology.
