How to Use the CF1-141PT:
Water can be used to thin and to clean up. But make sure you clean up before it dries. Once the CF1-141PT dries it becomes a permanent paint. This product can be used on just about any surface. The closer the surface is to white the brighter the fluorescent color. Black and dark colors tend to absorb light diminishing the fluorescent effect. Prepare the surface as you would with any other type of paint.
