CF2-C01OZ goes on absolutely clear and produces a hard glass like surface. The difference between using a water based paint and the paint will be the strength and type of coating. The oil based black light paints create a hard glass like surface. Fishing lures and other items that take a beating need to use our oil based paints such as our CF2-C0 Clear Jellyfish Blue. When under Risk Reactor black light activation, the film produced by the paint fluoresces a strong, bright, blue.

Film Type: Acrylic
Film Thickness: Produces a 2 mil. Dry Film.
Coverage: Approximately 300 sq. ft. per gallon.
Drying Time: At 75°F (24°C), it dries to the touch in about 30 minutes. Can be recoated in 1-2 hours.
Cleaning Up: Use most solvents such as mineral spirits, xylene, toluene, lacquer thinner, MEK, etc.
Flash Point: 116 F
Shelf Life: Minimum 24 months.

How to Use the CF2-C01OZ:
This product can be used on just about any surface. The closer the surface is to white the brighter the fluorescent color. Black and dark colors tend to absorb light diminishing the fluorescent effect. Prepare the surface as you would with any other type of paint. This is a oil based paint so check for adhesion, dissolving, etc. on small section before painting the entire surface. Work in a well ventilated room when using any oil based paint.
